What we do

What happens to a service member when their responsibility to their country has come to an end? They willingly and unselfishly signed a blank check for their sacrifice understanding it could include their life. They return to homes and families doing a complete 360 with their lives. Unfortunately for them, the war is not over. Their service is not over. They deal constantly with an aftershock that does not have an end date and that does not coincide with the end of their service to all of us and the country they love.

At Coming Home our goal is simple. Help our veterans with the difficult task of returning to a society that is so very different from what they have been used to. Through service to, and with our veterans, we can all help these amazing men and women with the difficult journey they face coming home! For those who selflessly were willing to give all, we can do our part by serving and assisting them with the transition they all face. We owe a debt to our men and women who gave so much for home and country. Help us help them!

Camaraderie

We host a social event for our veterans on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, excluding July and December.

Service Opportunities

With the input from our veterans we find service opportunities where our veterans can work with and give back to their community.

PTSD Treatment

We offer free PTSD treatment to our veterans. No matter how long you have had the open wound, healing IS still possible!

About our cause

We want our veterans to not just come back to the place they once lived, but to come back to a place that feels like home. Veterans should feel safe and supported feeling the gratitude and appreciation from their communities. They served. We support

This foundation was started in remembrance of Ben, a loving brother, son, father and husband, as a way to help and support others that might be facing the same challenges that he faced. We want our local veterans to know that they are not alone and we are here to help. We have been supporting veterans and their families since 2018 with monthly events supported by local businesses, service projects, care packages for those that are currently deployed and household services for veterans in need. It is the little things that can and do make the biggest difference.
